We prepare your home for the real estate marketplace.  Our services include organising, decluttering, deep cleaning, improvements, styling and staging.  And each home will need a different set of services in preparation for the real estate marketplace.

We aim at enticing the buyer, not matching the seller's taste.

This separates us from Interior Designers.  

Thus, we never need to decorate according to the seller / owner's taste, but rather according to what will get the property sold - this includes looking at the property's strong points, the area, the potential client, etc.

The process of preparation aimed at improving the aesthetic appeal of the property.  We focus on accentuating the positive aspects of each room and the property as a whole.  We aim at making it look brighter, bigger, newer, cleaner, and create a functional and home feel.
